conflict meet up MT selection criteria, Formation Aqua group as per target Overcome: Sharing and mobilize project objectives, Considered village group,

Rearranging the sub sector Best Practice: Decisions through groups opinion

Learning's: Sub sector wise groups fixed according to community feasibility /acceptances.

Total Training provided # 17485 bene Output : Targeted 1331 ToT for MT conducted by experts, Govt officials and Private sector were engaged Challenges: Ensuring participation due to less conveyance, Timely participation, not allow caregiver for lactating mother Overcome: Motivation, Personal Communication Best Practice: Demonstrate Study plot, Develop linkage with Govt officials, New technology adoption Learning's: 3/4 days ToT is not sufficient for MTs


4. Total Demo/Study plot # 1645 bene Output : 1331 # Study plot and 467 demonstration plot established

Challenges: Feasible land for MMO, HVG, Feasible pond for Aquaculture, Season addressing, Delay delivery of logistics, adverse effect of climate change

Overcome: Motivation, Personal Communication

Best Practice: HVG production using bed and pits, Quality input using, Maintain line swing, Bio pesticide and Compost using, crop diversification, inter cropping, liming, Proper vaccination, Supplementary feed using, Shed management,

Learning's: Demonstrations /study plot is the best method of Technology transformations


5. Total FFS session with #2944 Output : FFS session conducted by MT and Each group receive 6-14 session depending on sub sector, Active participation of other group member Challenges: Migration and Social Conflict Overcome: Motivation and in some cases replacement of MT Best Practice: Applying their learned technology in field level. Learning's: Well trained MT is essential for successful FFS, FFS is the best method to disseminate new technology to every HH level


6.Total Technical review meeting #3606 Output: Targeted # 3660 TRM conducted by TO Challenges: Ensuring participation due to less conveyance and not allow venue rent

Overcome: Motivation & Personal Communication through FF

Best Practice: New technology adoption through FFS

Learning's: Participatory technology transfer


7. Total FFD # 357 Output : Mass gathering, integration of Different SOs, Study plot observation by local community Challenges: Social Conflict and religious barrier

Overcome: Motivation and involvement of community people in the whole process. Best Practice: Community people disseminate and applying latest technology Learning's: Through involvement of community people in the whole process program run smmothly


8. Total Micro Grants dist# 11769 Output : 11769 beneficiaries received Microgrants

Challenges: Do not meet the season, Grants packege distribute at different time, Long distance of distribution points, Gather the beneficiaries at scheduled place in scheduled time. Overcome: Reschedule, motivation and doing overtime

Best Practice: Applying the technology which is received from FFS and using the fellow lands, ponds Learning's: Involve mass beneficiaries in production, resource utilization


9. Total Workshops # 120 Output : Targeted workshop achieved

Challenges: Ensure Participation of PSA

Overcome: Frequent Communication & Motivation

Best Practice: Quality input use, LINKAGE WITH OUTput & input Actor Learning's: By engaging private sectors quality inputs will ensure for Producers

Challenges: Family Barrier for stay at night, Safety and security, long distance, Quality vehicle Overcome: Motivation to family member,

Best Practice: Linkage with other community and prodicig demand driven products Learning's: Gather knowledge physically about marketing system and production cycle


11.Meeting on Post harvest #46 Output : Achieved Target

Challenges: Participation of Govt officials, PS, Stakeholder, Participation commitment member Overcome: Motivation, Communication

Best Practice: Communicate with Govt, PS and Stake holders, Product gradation and using container for seed preservation, Create saving groups Learning's: Access to Local, Public and private sector


12. Develop LHW # 24 Output : 24 LHW is developed Challenges: Unavailability of Different Vaccine at Upazila Overcome: Communicate with DLO, ULO and PS Best Practice: Schedule vaccination ensured, Learning's: By developing Local service Provider can easily fulfill the local demand
