Introduction.
• Ice land is a beautiful country situated just above Europe.
• Although it’s not a popular holiday destination it has so many amazing attractions and sites.
Flight cost.• The cheapest return flight from Dublin
airport to Reykjavik with one stop in Copenhagen , Denmark.
• This will cost €1,572.52 for two adults. That’s €786.26 per person.
• We booked our flights with eBookers.ie. It takes an average of 10 hours to get there with the expected stop in Copenhagen.
Accommodation.BudgetIf a person was
travelling to Reykjavik on a budget our best advise would be to stay in the Reykjavik Hostel Village. This fine
establishment costs just €19 for a single bed in a mixed dormitory room. This hostel currently holds a ‘good 7.3’ review on booking.com.

Cultural attraction.
• Raufarholshellir with the accurate precautions and preparations, any tourist can just walk straight into this lave-tube cavern and saunter more than ¾ mile or a kilometre to its dimmest depths, past peculiar ice candles and lava formations.

• The Blue Lagoon• The Blue Lagoon geothermal spa is one of the
most visited attractions in Iceland. The spa is located in a lava field in Grindavík on the Reykjanes Peninsula, southwestern Iceland.

• Hiking is an ideal way to see the countryside of Iceland in total safety and on your own schedule. You can bring your own equipment or buy or rent it in Iceland. You can even join organized hiking tours for up to two weeks.

• Whale Watching has come to be one of the top activities for visitors to Iceland between May and September. There are many good seafaring companies in the southwest and northeast to choose from and sightings are about 95% assured.

The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon. They are a curtains of colourful light visible in the night sky.

• Hákarl (meaning 'shark' in Icelandic) is putrescent shark meat. It is part of the þorramatur, the traditional seasonal Icelandic foods. It is often accompanied by brennivín, a local schnapps.
Local Food.Svið (Sheeps head)
Fast food here is sheeps head/face! Yes you can get it pre cooked in the likes of the well known cute grocery store called Melabudin in the west side of town. The whole face is eaten, the cheek is the best part.
AMAZING piece of information.
• The imagine peace tower was built by Yoko Ono in memory of John Lennon.
• It beams eternal light and sits upon a 55 foot plat form.
Historical feature.• Kirkjubaejarklaustur• Kirkjubaer is a village on a farm and
church site.• Irish monks were the first settlers
and they built a convent there which was destroyed during the reformation.
• It is now a new cultural research centre.
