ASC : Archiving Sessions Cockpit - an archiving automation solution
SAP data archiving is the solution to reduce, and then stabilize SAP databases sizes while maintaining good system performance. In order to maximize the benefits of a data archiving project, on-going data archiv ing
needs to be performed on a regular basis. Performing data archiving requires long, cumbersome, and complex actions to be performed by SAP system teams such as defining variants, releasing and following up jobs, and managing incidents.
The Archiving Sessions Cockpit allows an entirely automatic management of the whole data archiv ing process. It allows your SAP CC to forget data archiving while maximizing your return on investment.
DSC : DART Session Cockpit - a DART automation solution
AEC : Audit Extraction Cockpit – an online and archive data extraction solution
TJC DSC is a SAP certified software tool dedicated to automatically start all steps of a DART extract and make sure checks are valid and storage is performed efficiently.
DSC is mostly used for company codes in USA, Germany, and Portugal.
DSC is fully complemented by AEC for data not covered by DART. DSC is integrated with ASC in order to make sure data is not archived before DART extracts ran successfully.
TJC Audit Extraction Cockpit is a flexible, SAP cert ified data extract solution for auditors. There are no limits on data volume. Allow one-time and periodic audits. Perfect for tax audit data extract requests.
We designed it in partnership with auditors working with audit ing software. AEC is a dedicated tool for auditors that frees competency centers from managing data extract requests while protecting the SAP system from low performance because of extracts. Auditors may run table based extracts on online and archived data, so all
data may be accessed
AEC allows extracts on data not covered by DART, and in countries where DART does not apply or is not used by fiscal auditors. In addition, AEC can be used for a full system extract.
