By the (First) Government of the Flemish Region and VEV (now Voka), Flanders Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Part of the strategic and historic DIRV (Third Industrial Revolution in Flanders) Action.

History: aeronautics started in Belgium, after WWII, in the Southern region (Wallonia), mainly with offset business.
