McClelland's Need Theory

Need for power, achievement & affiliation are important in the span of

peoples career.

It also control the action of people.

So we can say that need of power, achievement is important to our

journey of life to lead the life successfully, money is not an importantfactor here.

Maslow's hierarchy of needs

Only Physiological & safety need has

a relation with money.

More we reach at the upper level;

education, belongingness, position

comes.

A persons satisfaction is related to what an individual does

that is, to the nature of the work he performs apparently

have the capacity to gratify such needs as achievement,

competency, status, personal worth, and self-realization, thus

making him happy and satisfied.

So money doesnt play any role as a motivating agent.

inputs to outcomes. Inputs are the contributions made by the

employee for the organization.

In favor of money:

I think in my life money is more important. Because to maintain

money I don't need position but to maintain position I need

money.

A job is a job and as long as youre working, you might as well

be making the most return for your time investment.

I think Position is the main thing. If we are in good position

automatically money will comes to us.

position comes 1st because, if you have position u can earnlater also.

Position is first because if we loose the position once its too

difficult to gain that position again but if we loose the money

we can earn in some other ways.

Money is more important & Position is Most important.

Position and money both equally. Better position means my careeropportunity getting wider and if I handle my works of my position

efficiently, I will pay handsome amount for sure. Both should go hand in hand.

I hope both are important to me. To my knowledge both are directlyproportional, By the position raising, you can see the money going upautomatically, unless you are not willing. To me first comes the

position, followed by money.

I think money & position both are important. but if we are in goodposition automatically money will comes to us.
