Stuttgart has got two castles.
The old castle.
And the new castle.
The Opera.
Green and old cemeteries.
This is the Pragfriedhof. It is near our school.
our school
This is our school. The school is very big and about 400 pupils are going to our school. Around our school there are lots of trees, plants and animals. During our break we play table tennis or football. At the moment there is a construction sight on the school ground. So we don’t have so much space to play and less grass.
Rosensteinpark
The “Rosensteinpark” is nearby the school. You can do lots of sports there: jogging, skating and cycling. And you can also have a nice picnic there or take your dog for a walk. There are a lot of different animals in the park: for example rabbits, swans, hedgehogs, moles, ducks, parrots, geese and fish.
Wilhelma
Next to the “Rosensteinpark” there is also a big zoo. It’s called “Wilhelma.” It is very nice to go there at the weekends with the family or as well with school classes. There are a lot of interesting animals we usually don’t see, for example monkeys and lions. You can also find big trees and beautiful plants there.
Killesberg-Park
Near to the school, there is another nice park. Its name is “Killesberg-Höhenpark.” There is also a little zoo with ponies, pigs and donkeys. You can also find a little train there for kids and tourists. This “Killesberg-Park” is, like the other parks, a protected area. This is the sign for it in Germany:
The tower in the park – it is very airy!
So this is Stuttgart.
Stuttgart has lots of nice places and it is a green city.
And now …we present our english classes
in year 3!
