The salary of a civil servant is

composed of:

1. Fixed official salary

2. Allowances for long service

3. Allowances for the additional work (on condition that money saved

from the wage fund of public authority)

* The total amount of bonuses that can get a civil servant per year

may not exceed 30% of the total amount of his salary for the

year

According to the results of the evaluation public officials

may receive the following bonuses*:

1. The annual premium based on the annual evaluation of service

2. The periodic bonuses due to the personal contribution of civil servants

in the overall result of the public body.

After receiving a negative assessment, allowances for long

service are not paid
