Republic of Armenia The Fundamental Scientific Library (FSL) of the

National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia was founded in 1935. FSL is the second one for capacity of its funds and is the main and largest repository of scientific publications. It is a powerful information and bibliographical services center for the whole National Academy of Sciences of Armenia with all of its 40 subordinate scientific research institutions, as well as scientists and specialists in all fields of physical, mathematical, natural sciences and the humanities.

The growing collection of more than 3 million books, periodicals, manuscripts, theses, conference proceedings on life and technical sciences and humanities has a multicultural emphasis, dating from XIX century to current publications. • Studies of Master students in academic environment enables them to quickly integrate to scientific public and acquire scientific thinking. Such approach promotes the harmonization of education and science.• ISEC financially supports Masters in Natural Sciences

by co financing study costs , offering 50% discount to academy employees and their family members giving free of charge access to laboratories at Scientific Research Institutions enabling them to carry out their research

Thus in this way ISEC promotes MSc Students to continue their education in ISEC as PhD researchers
