Candidates with following pre-requisites can be inducted as ICTOs (Information Communication Technology Officers) in Pak Army :-
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification Age 16 years of formal education having degree in any of following disciplines:- BSc Computer Engineering / B.E / BCS (Telecom / Computer Software / Computer System / Electrical / Geo Informatics) - 4 years Engineering degree
ORMCS/ Masters in Computer Engineering, Masters in SW Engineering, MS (IS), GIS & Remote Sensing or an equivalent / higher qualification in relevant discipline

• Minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4 or Minimum 62.5% marks in annual sys
• No 3rd Div / Grade D and only one 2nd Div / Grade C through out
academic career
• Candidates only graduated from HEC / PEC recognized universities
or foreign universities recognized by PEC
• Candidates possessing 2 - 3 years work experience will be given
preference
• Appearing candidates can also apply on HOPE Cert duly issued by
Head of the universities / institutions. However; such candidates
must submit final degree/transcript by 30 Jun 13, otherwise they will
not be considered in final merit

Candidate with specific higher qualification is eligible even if he is
twice rejected by ISSB for PMA / OTS / Graduate Course or
equivalent Naval / PAF Courses A candidate with specific higher qualification, who is rejected once
by ISSB for PMA / OTS / JCA / Graduate Course or equivalent Naval /
PAF Courses and once rejected for specific higher qualification entry,
will not be eligible for third chance Candidates declared permanently UNFIT by Appeal Medical Board Candidates declared unfit by any Armed Forces Hospital except
those cleared fit by Appeal Medical Board

• Registration Through Internet Register on website www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk
Date and time of test shall be intimated through email
Report on given date/time for preliminary tests on computerized roll
number slip
Date, once given will not be changed
Candidates will also bring along the required documents
Pay prospectus fee on test day
Attain working knowledge of computer, as registration and tests will
be conducted on computers

Registration and Preliminary Tests will be held at AS&RCs as
under:-
• Registration
18 Mar – 7 Apr 13 (Including Closed / Public Holidays). On spot
registration on the day of test will also be carried out
Intelligence / Written Tests – 9-12 Apr 2013
• Intelligence / Written Tests. Intelligence / Professional degree
level written test based on multiple choice questions will be conducted at
AS&RCs

Administration (DGPA), GHQ Rwp Bond. Finally selected candidates will be required to sign a bond to serve
the Army for a minimum period of 7 years. The applicability of bond will
commence on successful completion of basic military training at Engineers
Centre Risalpur
