DESCRIPTION
An outline of what we've been up to during spring 2010, working on our Open Innovation Process and creating a working model of the ALISS Engine. We collated this for policy leads, so we could seek their advice on our intended future directionTRANSCRIPT

...it was incredibly validating to see that design process can work in real situations, with real people, who have real problems...
This workshop made be believe in design, my career, and that given the opportunity, people can achieve change for the better
It has to be the way forward in getting information on any long term condition
Overall, all enjoyed working together and coming up with a fun service. Was really nice to see all the smiles on peoples faces.
Really good levels of enthusiasm to deliver better access to Information at local level.
The work could have significant change in content, accessibility, sharing and managing health information for all stakeholders.
