MAIN PRINCIP OF SMALL SYSTEM

To increase number of liter per day per person. To empower community awareness for the

sense of ownership, responsibility, and sustainability system.

To build water supply system which are simple and cheap VLOMM (Village Level Operation Management and Maintenance).

To develop a cooperation network with different partners, local contractors, NGO, skills worker, university, and others.

To improve the water quality, the health and the environmental sanitation.

• Some Wells are still on going digging (Sumba and TTS), and we receipt new request around 28 groups in Sumba.

• Improve the water quality, wells protection, and environment

• Need 4-5 months to set up water delivering devices• Observe the behavior and attitudes of the water

user• Further survey and analysis soil data cooperation

with NGO, Government, University, ect.• Publish a book with experience, idea and technical

specification about dug wells in Sumba.
