1.1. The software EXIAcore
The software called EXIAcore was created to provide ASTERISK (VOIP PBX based on open source without hardware) of all features you have in any propietary PBX but without costs of licenses. These features are achieved by a web user interface, intuitive and are able to be used by any customer without knowledge of programming.
EXIAcore adds many features respect to a standard PBX, allowing some other features added, like these:
According to relevant information, EXIACore can manage all calls in automatic and dynamic mode, making intelligent decisions.
EXIACore provides users a 2.0 web interface, wich allows real-time interaction with the PBX.
Allows integration of the PBX with other applications as ERPs, CRMs, BMPs, through a standard programming interface (webservices)

Provide to Asterisk PBX the following capabilities:
- Real-time intelligent decisions to know which resource is used to call abroad.
- Customizable filtering of incoming calls
- Answering machine customizable for non attended calls.

- Integration with GOOGLE MAPS, contacts, companies, suppliers…
- Ensures the most economical way to communicate to a user.
- EXIACore can give information about PBX to an other applications, as billing, statistical studies…

Enable the user to program their own PBX (without technical knowledge of programming)

Dynamic management of calls
Allows users interaction with the PBX (calls, transfers, create conferences, monitor status (queues, extensions, conference rooms) and it management

Advantages
Let the virtual ASTERISK PBX has all the features of a PBX propietary (CISCO, ALCATEL…), and provides a web interface that allows managment of the unit in an easy and intuitive way. They also get many more features against propietary PBX, such as:
The use of flat rates and multiple operators in a single unit.
Personal attention to customers.
Integration with other systems.
Flexibility and versality in IP communications, allowing more funcionalities than software-basaed PBX owner.
Setting up the unit by any user without programming knowledge.

3.1. Market competition
Currently there is no product with the similar characteristics on the free market software, which covers all of the features provided EXIACore. There are other applications which tries to communicate with Asterisk, but they don´t have completely changed its internal operations and they don´t be able to interact with the system in the way it does EXIAcore.

1.- FLASH interface that limits all the features and difficult the navigation
2.- AMI overload since because information is no stored in the interface
DIFFERENCES:
1.-It not integrates with ASTERISK features.
2.-Each user must open a session making it impossible to have in operation more than 20 users

Implications of the system
EXIAcore, added to provided interface to manage the Asterisk PBX, EXIACore involves a system that allows communication with Asterisk from any external element to it. These allows us to have developed an intermediate interface “CORE” which translate and give orders to the PBX, from outside, without programming systems.
This means that any ERP, CMS or management software, could act on the PBX, integrating two systems allowing for example, make calls from an ERP, control calls from the same, etc…
