JUAN LUIS CARDONA  SPORTS:-Construction of a BMX track last month, where may take advantage of the ramp to install a rock-climbing wall.-In the planning stage for two paddle tennis courts in the Port and collaborating with the Services Department to build an adjoining Skate Park, next to the sports pavilion.-Preparing the municipal schools summer sports camps for youngsters ages 5-12, in July and August.-October premier: I Triathlon in Jávea.

JUAN LUIS CARDONA  DEPORTES:-Construcción de un campo de bicicross el mes pasado, donde a lo mejor en la rampa la aprovechamos y ponemos un rocódromo.-En fase de proyecto para realizar dos pistas de padel en el puerto y colaborando con Servicios para incluir el SkatePark al lado, junto al pabellón de deportes cubierto.-Preparando las escuelas municipales deportivas del verano para jóvenes de 5 a 12 años los meses de Julio y Agosto.-Novedad en Octubre del I Triatlón en Jávea.

-In addition we are studying and evaluating ways to improve the municipal sports management system, which is actually in advanced stages.

EMPLOYMENT: -We are collaborating with the Creama in training courses for the unemployed, gardening, computers, etc ... as well as the English and German courses coordinated with the Help Desk volunteers.

-A parte estamos estudiando y evaluando como mejorar el sistema de gestión municipal en deportes y en el que estamos muy avanzados para futuras mejoras.

EMPLEO: -Colaboramos desde el Creama en los cursos de formación para desempleados, en jardinería, informática, etc… y  en los que se encuentran también  el de inglés y alemán con voluntarios del Help Desk.

-Launching of the Local Jobs Creation Board, with wide representation from the local population, looking for solutions and strategies to implement in the short and long term.

 COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT -We will conduct a market study to identify the potential demands for business, current market situation and feasibility of an industrial estate, among many other things included in this study.

-Puesta en marcha de la Mesa Local de Empleo, donde se encuentra una gran representación del pueblo y en la que se están buscando soluciones y estrategias para poner en marcha a corto y largo plazo.

COMERCIO Y FOMENTO ECONÓMICO -Vamos a realizar un estudio de mercado para encontrar las posibles demandas de las empresas, situación actual del mercado y viabilidad de un polígono industrial, entre otras muchas cosas de este estudio.

This month we will launch the Advisory Committee for Trade and Commerce, which will be comprised of representatives of different business in Javea, representatives from all the areas and from different political parties as well.-We are about to sign the agreement with the Business and Trade Associations in the Port and the Arenal.-We have prepared XàbiaEmprende, an Entrepreneurship Plan that will give direct financial aid to the new shops and businesses. It is awaiting budgetary allocation.

Este mes ponemos en marcha el Consejo de Comercio donde forman parte diferentes representantes empresariales de Jávea, de todas las zonas  y de los diferentes partidos políticos también.-Estamos a punto de firmar el convenio con la asociación de comerciantes del puerto y con la del Arenal.-Tenemos preparado XàbiaEmprende, un Plan de Emprendedurismo para dar ayudas directas a los nuevos comercios y empresas a la espera de asignación presupuestaría.

-Tenemos un plan para mejorar y dinamizar el Mercado de Abastos Municipal.-Vamos a ampliar este verano el mercadillo de los jueves hasta la plaza de la iglesia y alrededor del mercado de abastos.-Aparte de todas las Ferias que ayudamos a organizar desde nuestro departamento, Feria de Artesanía, Fería en el Puerto, De las Tapas, Concurso de Balcones y Flores,  Navidad, etc… este año vamos a apoyar a la gastronomía porque creo que es un motor importante de la economía local y vamos a ayudar a realizar una Jornada de la Coca tradicional de Xàbia en el mes de Septiembre,

 Status. - Meeting on 21 May in Madrid.  Option 1. - Land Registry applies the 2007 judgement - only municipal property. -Option 2. - Cadastre declares the entire report null (all properties).·Consequences 7.5 million euro municipal deficit. Cuts: Amortization of (unfilled) Job Posts, Interest, renegotiated contracts, adjustment of spending.New valuation report to be put into effect on 1 January 2014.

 Situación.- Reunión día 21 de Mayo en Madrid. Opción 1 .- Catastro aplica la Sentencia como la del 2007 – Sólo bienes municipales.-Opción 2.- Catastro declara la nulidad total. Consecuencias 7,5 mill euros déficit municipal. Recortes: Amortización de Plazas, Interés, renegociado de contratas, ajuste gasto.Nueva ponencia de valores para entrar en vigor el 1 enero de 2014.
