The PB System has been internationally recognised for over twenty years as a benchmark for quality in the mechanised and industrialised
construction sector.
PB introduces a cutting-edge system using metallic moulds. This comprehensive, monolithic and extremely precise system adapts to
every design and project, with no limitations.
As construction professionals and technicians know, regulatory standards are paying careful attention to safety and low energy
consumption, especially in most developed countries, and the PB system performs unquestionably well in both aspects.
The mould system offers the developer everything they need for all of the constructions in their project, in compliance with the
regulations applicable in each country. Our moulds produce a comprehensive building all in one go, which means high monolithic resistance,
especially when state-of-the-art self-levelling concrete is used. We can offer different compositions and perform tests for those who are
interested.

In the PB system, soundproofing, thermal and anti-magnetic insulation can be fitted inside the outer walls, according to the required
thickness. We have special centring connectors for insulation elements to safely avoid thermal bridges. If required, insulation panels will come
with a Faraday cage.
- DURABILITY. Reinforced Concrete.
When prepared and laid correctly, reinforced concrete is highly resistant and durable, with a long useful life.
For our moulds, we recommend concrete with 12 mm aggregates or smaller and good viscosity. Fluidity should produce an
approximately 27 cm slump with the Abrams cone and 70 cm on the flow table, so the mix is homogeneous and compact.
For near-perfect concrete, we recommend cutting-edge self-levelling concrete featuring filler and next-generation fluidifier to achieve
smooth, bubble-free surfaces ready to be finished and painted.
- RESISTANCE. Hurricanes.
Constructions made of reinforced concrete with carefully developed structural calculations will withstand hurricanes of all magnitudes.
The outer finishes can be achieved by adding any material straight to the concrete, as well as other elements such as doors and windows
- SECURITY. Vandalism and War.
Monolithic constructions produced using the PB system can be combined with security doors and windows and retractable metal shields
to guarantee complete security and protection.
- FIRE PROTECTION.
Because concrete has low thermal conductivity, our constructions can withstand high temperatures for hours, keeping the inside
isolated from the heat outside. With the right wall thickness, we can guarantee the home is kept safe from fire for several hours.

- EARTHQUAKES.
Our system can produce earthquake-resistant buildings using comprehensive and monolithic moulds in the form of inverted cubes.
There are two categories:
- 1 TO 6 STOREYS.
Buildings are erected on a floating slab or oversized concrete plate to increase the base surface. With the right calculations, this ensures
great stability and allows the building to tilt without suffering internal damage or collapsing. The building behaves like an inverted cube to avoid
collapsing, which is the main cause of death during hurricanes.
- 6 OR MORE STOREYS.
For buildings with six storeys or more, we recommend self-levelling concrete systems with hydraulically stabilised floating cell cubes.
- ENVIRONMENT
The PB system generates no waste during construction and surrounds all projects with an envelope that ensures the lowest possible
energy consumption.
