TTaabbllee HHoossttssBeing a Table Host is the single most impactful way to influence the success of our

fundraising event. The goal of each Table Host is simply to fill his table with three otherFather/Daughter couples. Family, friends, neighbors and work colleagues make excellentpotential guests.

Our goal for 2009 is to have 25 Table Hosts which would mean having an additional 200 people attending the ball this year and you can be a part of this by selectingone of the various table packages detailed below. Table Host registration forms must bereceived by no later than June 18th, 2009.

You may purchasea shir t to be picked up at the bal l by completing the appropriate informationbelow. Shirts must be ordered and paid for in advance and s izes areindicated below.
