  • The Present Perfect Simple

THE PRESENT PERFECT SIMPLE - FORM Suj + have/has + verb + compl. Suj + have/has + not + verb + compl. Have/has + suj + verb + compl.? Have you ever seen an elephant? He has just phoned me to say hell be late They have just received the results of the test FOR and SINCE FOR y SINCE son las partculas que acompaan ms frecuentemente al Present Perfect.

Tanto FOR como SINCE responden a la pregunta HOW LONG? How long has she lived here? She has lived here for 10 years. She has lived here since last spring. Has it stopped raining yet? I havent told them about the accident yet. Suele ir acompaado de expresiones temporales como already, ever, for, just, lately, recently, since, so far, yet. El Present perfect responde a la pregunta sobre cunto tiempo (How long?)lleva ocurriendo algo hasta el momento presente. How long have you been in Spain? When did you arrive in Spain? A week ago
