    PREPPERS LIST ADVISES

    This lists that follow are a mere help to the organization of yourbunker, you can change them at all time or even create your own

    based on this ones.The goal when they were created was to ensure that life inside a

    bunker or any other facility, while facing a situation of survival,

    resembles life before any catastrophe.

    Just make sure that when you commit to follow the list, youactually do them otherwise you may not find the results pleasant.

    PrefaceWhen you are in a disaster situation maintain a positive spirit can be difficult.

    Even the more joyful and strong people start to get discouraged.

    Making that inside a bunker or community all get along is imperative, to do so we resort to the use

    of leisure time, in group or individual, combining with a good rest and organized tasks so that everyone

    feels useful and occupied.

    The next list can be an example of what you may put in your bunker along with your provisions.

    Important note:Everyone has a different metabolism, but there is a number o calories that we all need to eat in order to survive, as an

    example you my fallow the next table or try to figure out your personal metabolism with the help of you doctor.

    PREPPERS LIST OF RATIONING TICKETS FOR THE

    BUNKERIf you are planning on having a lot of people in your bunker one way make sure the food lasts, that no one

    starves and your stock doesnt magically disappears is making some tickets. They will be given to

    everyone when entering the bunker and you can establish a colour code or any other that you may

    remember at the time to keep track of them. A corkboard may be a good solution to place the tickets that

    will be collected at every meal by a person appointed to that task. Remember that you may have people

    on the outside doing patrol so they might be a special case, try to include their needs in your rules and

    make sure you have a good assessment of your stock.

    Also make sure that you make any type of mark that you may recognise as yours so that no one may have

    access to any extra tickets, also try to maintain a good check list of your stock so that you know

    everything that comes in and out.

    other for water. You can use kids stamps which are easy to find and may different shapes, and the ink is also easy to find an lasts a lot when well stored.

    Importante note:For babies that are being breast fed there is no need for water. On the other hand babies taking formula or are more than 6 months the need is: 80 to

    100ml/kg on the 1stweek of life and 140 to 160 m/Kg from the3rd up to the 6thmonth.

    For children the need is 50 to 60 ml/Kg

    For adults 35ml/Kg and mother who are breast feeding is 150 ml/Kg

    (The units used in this chart are metric units make sure you convert them to the ones you need before you stock your water)
