Product Portal overview

•“Front door” for suppliers to introduce their products and services to Premier

•Central repository for suppliers to continue updating their product offerings

What is the Product Portal?

Step 1: Register at www.premierinc.com/suppliers– Must check the “Supplier Authentication for the Product Portal”

check box

Step 2: Receive username and password via e-mail

Step 3: Login to the portal using your username and password to complete the following:

– Company Information Form – Product Introduction Form

Step 4: Complete only one submission per product category; use the key features field to list general descriptions of products within the same product category

How to make a Product Portal submission

• Immediate notification via e-mail that your submission was received

• A letter within 2 weeks• Stating more about how your company’s

product/service might best fit a product category on our contract bid calendar.

• Providing an approximate time frame for the next contract evaluation cycle.

What to expect after your submission

• Product Portal is searched for all prospective suppliers who may fit into an upcoming bid

• Suppliers are contacted directly by e-mail from PASSport to participate in any upcoming bids

• Submissions that may not fit into an existing product category are reviewed to identify potential future product categories
