Attn: All Radio Traffic Personnel - Let The Word Go Out, From This Day Forwardwe know it's Friday and you're changing all your Logs after Sunday to reflect that times are now displayed as DAYLIGHT Savings Time - But withthousands of affiliates, the Premiere Radio Networks are also sending out a major impact notification, we felt should be copied to TDGA Memberson their Radio Affiliation lists. It's concerning "You Know How" and "You Know What." Seriously, TDGA is helping spread the word to Trafficpersonnel, along with our own suggestion to consider local advertisers buying Dayparts that may fall into a cross-over time slot. The following hasbeen circulated by email, but we're adding it to our highly viewed Website for our member's edification:

To All Traffic Managers Carrying Premiere Radio Networks commercial inventory: More than 350 different advertisers sponsor the programs and services provided to your station on abarter basis. Like advertisers that purchase commercials on your radio station from your sales staff,our sponsors communicate specific rotations, daypart preferences and advertising environments theyprefer. Below is a list of such sponsors.

These advertisers have made a commitment to using radio, both network and local, in 2012. They help to underwrite the cost of sponsoringspecific programs and/or services. They’ve specifically asked that you schedule their commercials in dayparts or programs free of content that youknow are deemed to be offensive or controversial (for example, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh, Tom Leykis, Michael Savage, Glenn Beck, SeanHannity). Those are defined as environments likely to stir negative sentiment from a very small percentage of the listening public.

Please ensure their commercials that you receive as part of any Premiere Radio Networks inventory do not air in these programming positions, butin dayparts and times considered free of content some may deem controversial. Also, please ensure that these commercials air with a minimum of15 minutes separation from any controversial programming content.
