The Next Generation – Online Ordering System

The easiest way to order clothing for your team is to have your team do the work. Our powerful

Online Ordering System is set up by you, the clothing coordinator, and is easy for your team to

log in and use. You can set custom prices, turn on and off items and even customize the order

home page. Individuals are then given a secure link to log in and place their own orders, and

even make their own payment on the site. Full order reports and a customer order list are avail-

able to the clothing coordinator. Best of all, this service is complimentary to Voler Customers.

AutoPack and IndiShip

In addition, all orders that run through the Online Ordering System will be AutoPacked.

This is FREE! Every team member will have their ordered items pre-packed into a single bag.

Each bag is marked with a number and the rider’s name which correlates with the team packing

list included in the shipment. No more sorting through 10 boxes of clothing to �nd each rider’s

order, just hand out the bags.

IndiShip

We can now ship each individual team member’s order to an address of their choice. IndiShip

is an option that the coordinator may pick at the beginning of the ordering process. When an

order is placed, each team member enters their own shipping address. This relieves you, the

clothing coordinator, of the distribution process with the team. The only thing you will do is open

and enjoy your own personal order.

Easy Ordering System

1. Call 800.488.6537 to verify Voler’s next available ship date.

2. Receive due dates for your artwork, order and 50% deposit. These are due seven weeks before your ship week. You can also book a re-order date for later in the year.

3. Work with Customer Service to set-up your Ordering Web page.

4. Order sizing samples and have a sizing party for the team.

5. Use the Online Ordering System and have your teammates place their own individual orders or submit your order through the Quick Order link.

6. You will be contacted by Art Services and assigned a personal designer four weeks before your ship week.

7. Full sized color proofs will be sent for your �nal art approval.

Sync Tri PadThe Sync pad is also new to our line-up. This is a very thin molded pad

designed speci�cally for the Triathlete. The super soft surface and low

density foam reduces abrasion, retains minimal moisture, and dries

very quickly. The Sync pad is standard in all Tri Bottoms.

DiamanteThe 10” Diamante pad is created for women. The seamless, multi level,

dual-density foam construction is perfect for all riding conditions. The ultra

soft antibacterial fabric is also fully perforated for additional breathability.

TorinoThe 13” Torino pad is perfect for all around use. Completely seamless

construction, and three level molded center increases ride comfort and

reduces strain on pressure points. The ultra soft antibacterial fabric is

also fully perforated for additional breathability.

The Chrono SLM starts with a 4mm low density surface foam that is bonded

to a high density perforated 10mm foam. The foam is then sculpted away

from areas where you need less thickness. This reveals lower density

comfort foam at the outer edges, and high density foam at the pressure

areas. Its 3D sculpted surface is a seamless landscape that provides

support where you need it and minimizes abrasion causing edges. The

surface fabric is made from So�ex Nylon which is highly breathable and ultra

soft. (This replaces Estrella)

We have upgraded the Trilogy pad by adding Skyve Technology, which

combines two foam densities into each pressure area of the pad. This

smoothes the transitions between the thickest and thinnest portion of the

pads. So no hard spots are left on the pad surface, only a soft contoured

Voler’s in-house designers are ready to make your jersey design come to life. You will be

teamed up with a Designer that will take care of your art details from start to �nish. We

can accept your ideas from a rough sketch, or in a digital format from your own designer,

and everything in between. Templates are available online at www.voler.com through the

“Design-Download Center”.

Our all-inclusive pricing means that our art time is included in the price of your garments.

Please be aware that as the manufacturer of your garments, the Voler logo will appear on

the chest of your tops, and on the front of your bottoms.

Macintosh Format

We use a Macintosh format and will generate your art in Adobe Illustrator. Graphics sent

to us in a vector format (Adobe Illustrator} or in a high resolution raster format (Photo-

shop) are necessary for your clothing to look its best. All text needs to be converted to

outlines. Indicating Pantone colors in Adobe Illustrator is best.

Feel free to upload your concept or graphic �les to upload.voler.com at any time for an

art check or if you have any questions. We will get back to you with a status on the �les

sent in and if we need additional or replacement �les from you.

Occasionally, your design may exceed the allotted time frame we have set aside for you.

A $60.00 per-hour excessive art charge will begin after it has been discussed with you.

Logos

Your sponsors can send us logos directly by uploading to upload.voler.com. Make sure

that your team or club name is entered on the web form. Often, jpegs or raster graphics

will not reproduce well, depending on their resolution. Please note that website graphics

are not art-ready and are most often unusable. Logos that need re-creating will be made

with care, but can differ from the original. We have an extensive logo bank of cycling

industry and national company logos.

Proofing

Our proo�ng process ensures that you will see every detail. You will be sent fabric color

swatches of our stock colors. You are not limited to these colors, they are examples of

some colors. Also, you will get samples of our Short color choices. The �rst round of

proofs are sent to you via e-mail. When all the details are worked out, we will send you

full-size proofs for your approval. Fax or e-mail back our “Approval Sheet” when you are

completely satis�ed and your work is done!

DesignNo Color ChargesVoler exclusively uses digital printing. This offers you unlimited colors, clean
