Project Description: To provide highly efficient and automatic solution to the plant which

yields hard and soft black complete DCS system is implemented. Redundant controllers ensure

the steady operation without failure. Main controller communicates with each device (temp.

controllers, drives and others) through RS485.

• Sequence log after defined interval of time.

Project : Cycle Test Software

Project Description: Test logic was developed and executed to check life cycle of relays and

robotic arm (up down and right left movement) by preconfiguring number of up down and left

right movements time gap (Pause) between every “X” no. of movements and relay on/off

sequence which was displayed on graphic user interface (HMI).

software, VFD, motor and laser sensor. The test fixture reads measurements from headpiece and

compares the results against required specifications and calibrates the RPM.

• Code for Calculating RPM using HSC (high speed counter capture pulse) using PLC.
