Our implants are treated with a state-of-the art process and high purity surface that promotes bone growth and accelerating osseointegration.

An advance process consisting of particles blasting that dramatically increases the macro face area followed by dual thermal acid etching that farther increases the micro face area into a final 3D micro structure that enables and promotes the osseointegration.

■ Precise Implants

The geometry and features of our family of dental implants, along with our meticulous manufacturing process, result in implants that ensure maximum precision, smooth insertion and a more comfortable, natural healing process for the patient.

The implant family uses classic implant design and surface treatments, and an intermediate micro-thread, to achieve larger bone-to-implant surface area contact.

Precise Implants are made of biocompatible, extremely strong Ti-6Al-4V ELI medical-grade Titanium alloy. Features such as flutes cut at the apex and a tapered body shape render the implant self drilling and self tapping. These make the implant insertion process as streamlined as possible, resulting in firmer contact with the bone.

To summarize, the advantages mentioned herein constitute

implants that enable easy insertion even to narrow locations

with high primary stability, prevent damage to the anatomical

structure and are self tapping.

The clinical advantages:

Our implants allow better bone condensing and offer high

primary stability and minimum bone loss, thus reducing trauma.

They can be implanted in areas with narrow ridges and narrow

location, preventing damage to adjacent teeth. They can be

precisely controlled during the implantation through the

insertion pathway, meaning that their angle can be changed

during the procedure to reduce the perforation in the lingual

and buccal cortex and finally sited in the desired location.

The implants' enhanced stability is achieved even with small

bone mass and in soft bone areas – necessary in many clinical

cases. This is the result of the special implant body, thread

design and the apical portion.

The next generation of thetapered implants!

The PSI implant has a complex, new variable threads design that enlarged from the apex toward the coronal portion. This structure features two tunnels that provide better fixation to the bone by at least 30% compared to implants with standard thread design. The variable fixation channels enable much easier insertion toward the top, to achieve the excellent stabilization familiar to anyone working with tapered implants.

Internal Hex connectionThe connection is extremely precise, being the platform for all diameters that enables a simple restoration process.

Coronal PortionSurface is rough towards the coronal portion of the implant, reducing bone resorption and reducing crestal stress for better load distribution.The most coronal portion is treated with acid etched only.Coronal portion with two micro rings will reduce pressure on the cortical bone on one hand and on the other will allow maximum bone volume around the most coronal portion thus will enable minimum bone absorption as possible.

The recommended drill protocol, with drill depth and diameter, in

the above table, is based on the accumulated experience of many

dentists.

Nevertheless, in cases where bone density deviates from the

average, necessary adjustments should be made, relying on the

experience of the dentist carrying out the procedure.

Please note that in cases of soft bone, the drilling diameter is

smaller than the implant’s diameter, and generally the harder the

bone, the larger the drilling diameter should be.
