With water being such a precious commodity today, our precast concrete water tanks serve as an environment friendly option for water harvesting as well as being free of chemicals and algae, providing the user with cool, clean and clear water. Our tank are cast on seamless mould, thus avoiding casting joints. Each of the tanks are tested for leak before dispatch. After the test, they are water proofed using a specially developed nano material.

INSTALLATION OF TANKS

• Backfill the tank from truck and aim it directly into the pit and ensure that soil is filled properly and are the voids are filled. Quality of backfill soil should be good and no clay. This prevents uplift of tank.

• Check the location of services both underground and overhead (electricity, gas, sewer, telephone, mains water, and storm water).

• Check that the tank is not to be installed in a low region that is prone to flooding, pooling of storm water.

• Check if there adequate space available for cranes and to install large tanks.

• Do not commence excavation if rain is forecast for that day.

• Ensure that the necessary barricades are in place to make sure unauthorised persons cannot get close to the excavation area.

• Ensure the soil is removed to a safe distance away from the excavation hole and activity.

• Remove any water from the excavation prior to tank installation.• Angle the batter according to the soil conditions to ensure stability.• Ensure the base of the hole is smooth by removing any protruding

objects, such as stone or rock, which may damage the tank.
