Tecnocom designs and produces mould systems for the manufacture of precast concrete elements for residential, commercial and road construction. Vertical Battery Moulds
Maximum Productivity on Minimum Floor SpaceBattery moulds can be supplied as single battery moulds with a single row of pouring bays or as double battery moulds with rows of pouring bays arranged to the right and left of the fixed central section.
The steel plate is ultra flat and guarantees high-quality elements with smooth surfaces on both sides. The plant is equipped with a row of vibrators for compacting the freshly poured concrete.
On request, the battery moulds can be equipped with various types of heating systems in order to accelerate the concrete elements’ curing process.
The positioning of the stop-end shutters inside the pouring bays makes it possible to manufacture concrete elements in various sizes.
Wall elements

Flexible and VersatileTilting tables are used for the manufacture of reinforced concrete elements. The surface of the steel plate is ultra flat grinded and guarantees a high-quality concrete surface.
The use of lateral shuttering produces elements in various shapes, sizes and thicknesses including slots for doors and windows. The freshly poured concrete is compacted by a row of high frequency vibrators. The tilting tables can be equipped with various types of heating systems to accelerate the curing of the concrete. The tilting table can be inclined to around 75% to ensure safe removal of the concrete elements.
By using additional elements several tilting tables can be combined, giving a large, continuous shuttering surface. Titling tables are produced in various sizes to customers‘ specific requirements.

3D Moulds
3D ProductionThree-dimensional moulds offer a large variety of solutions with different degrees of automation. They are just as suitable for the manufacture of wall elements as for roof or floor elements. The shutter core is either conical in shape or equipped for hydraulic or mechanical reduction of its internal volume.
They are frequently used for prefabricated bathrooms, lift shafts, electricity sub-stations, water tanks, complete blocks of rooms and garages.
All the moulds can be supplied with concrete vibrators and a heating system to accelerate the curing of the concrete.

Staircases and LandingsDepending on planning requirements, the moulds for the production of staircases and landings can be supplied as single moulds and/or double battery moulds for fixed standard staircases, or as flexible moulds for variable staircase sizes and shapes. They can be equipped with a heating system to accelerate the curing of the concrete.
They can be adapted to suit the size of both stair landings, the number and size of the steps (riser and tread) and the width of the staircase.

Columns and Foundation PilesThe range includes a huge variety of solutions: moulds for columns, with or without consoles, in fixed or variable positions, complex multi-purpose moulds with a variety of shapes and dimensions.
The use of steel stoppers makes it possible to sub-divide the different elements along the mould.

The self-stressing solutions for preloaded stresses make it possible for the mould itself to counteract the pressure exerted by the pre-stressing strands.
Both solutions provide for the use of de-tensioning cylinders, safety rings and additional equipment. The solutions are supplied with concrete vibrators and heating systems to accelerate the curing of the concrete.
Varieties of Functions and UsesThe moulds for beams are used for pre-stressed or reinforced concrete elements. Their versatility makes them a market leader.
By changing the lateral shuttering or adding insets in various shapes and sizes different geometric configurations can be created, resulting in greater flexibility and a reduction in costs.
For the production of pre-stressed concrete elements we offer self-stressing systems for preloaded stresses or foundation anchorage as an alternative.

Roof Truss Moulds for Commercial Construction
Roof StructuresRoof truss elements can be produced in a variety of different shapes and sizes. Many years of experience have enabled Tecnocom to develop the right solution for the most complex requirements. We supply all the moulds needed for constructing straight ad curved roof elements, end and intermediate units, gutters and edge beams.
The moulds can also be equipped with insets and stopper units to change the geometry (depth, width, heights). Supplied with concrete vibrators and heating systems.

Moulds for Ceiling Elements
Ceiling ElementsWe supply shuttering for omega beams, reverse omega beams, TT beams, TT beams with a lower flat slab,I beams, and double rib beams with hollow tube and flat ceiling. We produce moulds with self-stressing systems as well as moulds with foundation anchorage for the production of heavy-duty pre-stressed ceiling slabs.
They can be automatically adjusted for different heights, widths, and thicknesses via the hydraulic drive, through a hydraulic power unit or remote control.
The moulds can be equipped with insets and dividers. Apertures for skylights or technical equipment can also be incorporated. Supplied with concrete vibrators and heating systems.

Moulds for Bridge Elements
Concrete Elements for BridgesWe supply moulds with self-stressing systems as well as moulds with foundation anchorage for viaduct and bridge girders with a preloaded stress of up to 25000 kN. Our products include V girders, hollow bridge girders, bridge girders with lower slab, and curved tunnel beams.
By using ancillary equipment elements of various shapes and sizes can be manufactured, which multiplies the uses for the shuttering. This is supplied with heating systems to accelerate the curing of the concrete.

Towers for Wind Turbines
Moulds for the manufacture of concrete elements with variable conical cross-section for the production of towers for wind turbines post-tensioning is used to combine the elements.
New Jersey Elements

Production on BedsAs well as individual machines and plants for prestressed and reinforced precast concrete elements on production beds, Echo Precast Engineering also delivers tailor-made solutions for complete production plants. A large variety of products can be manufactured, ranging from hollow core slabs in various dimensions and designs through window lintels, beams, lattice girder floors, double T beams and vine stakes to driven piles and air-handling ceilings.
Complete Range of MachineryEcho Precast Engineering offers a broad portfolio of machines and accessories for the production of precast concrete elements on beds. The various models of the S-Liner slipformer are suitable for versatile and flexible production requirements. The X-Liner extruders are designed for the highly efficient production of hollow core slabs. The range is completed by various types of saws for cutting cured and fresh concrete elements, automatic plotters, concrete aspirators, multifunctional trolleys, production beds and software solutions.

Carrousel Plants
Carrousel Plants for Semi- Prefabricated ElementsA very high production output can be achieved by the use of carrousel plants for the production of double walls and lattice girder floors. The high degree of automation make possible to have shorter cycle times and high quality, using only a small workforce. The ebos® control system visualises and optimises production planning. It is possible to produce easily manoeuvrable elements with a smooth surface on one or both sides; these may also be insulated (insulated double walls).
Carrousel Plants for Solid Precast ElementsCarrousel plants designed for the production of solid precast elements make it possible to manufacture solid walls and floors. The degree of automation can be flexibly adjusted, according to the number of operators required. The ebos® control system ensures optimum production planning.
Solid precast concrete elements are used with success all over the world as a cost-effective method of construction. In warmer regions solid wall construction without insulation is often used, but in all other regions a multi-layer, insulated solid wall, known as sandwich wall, is used. A solid slab may be used in floor construction.
