Climate The average temperature in the savanna is 14 °C (57.2 ºF), ranging between 9-‐22 ºC (48.2-‐71.6 ºF). Dry and rainy seasons follow one another throughout the year. The driest months are December, January, February, and March; the rainiest ones are April, May, September, October, and November. June and July are usually dry. August is sunny, with strong winds. These condi0ons are not consistent due to the phenomena known as El Niño and La Niña, occurring in the Pacific basin and producing very dras0c clima0c changes.
