• Candidates will achieve a City and Guilds Entry Level 3 in Employability Skills

• Guaranteed interview on completion of the programme

In the future• Adapting the training scheme for Personal Shoppers

(Warehouse) and rolling the two programmes nationwide.

Recruitment and PET Process

A request received from Ocado

Establish timescales/numbers required

An email alert will be sent with details of the vacancies to the learndirect centres supporting the opportunity

learndirect centres will confirm room availability and tutor resource, if required

Recruitment and PET Process

learndirect centres will immediately advertise

Pre-screens will take place

Candidates are selected and booked onto to the PET programme

Candidates attend 2 week accredited PET course

facilitator notes & guidance

• Screening checklists

• Full job description

• Scheme of work for candidates

• Location details of the site

• Marketing material & information

• Outsourcing of venue for PET course if required

What do we need from you?

• Provisional room bookings & tutor timetabling for the

sites

• Briefing of all local offices and tutors

• Commitment to ensure all candidates are pre-

screened and vetted

• Communication and immediate flagging of any issues

• Payment of standard DBS checks for candidates

Roles Available

Customer Service Team Member (Drivers)

• Pay Rates:• Mon-Sat up to 6pm: £8.04 per hour• Mon-Sat after 6pm: £9.24 per hour• Sunday up to 6pm: £10.05 per hour• Sunday after 6pm: £11.55 per hour

No previous experience is required, full training will be given

Roles AvailablePersonal Shoppers (Warehouse)

Hours –

Inbound Nights:

22:00 - 06:00 , 5 days per week on a roster.

Days or Nights - Frameload and Despatch:

07:15 - 17:15, 4 days per week on a roster or

21:30 - 07:30, 4 nights per week on a roster.

Days Freezer Pick:

05:30 - 13:30, 5 days per week on a roster.

No previous experience is required, full training will be given
