9.10 Legal Jurisdiction

All legal disputes

between the parties

shall be subject to the

jurisdiction of the

any dispute or

be mutually agreed upon and in

the event of no consensus, the

arbitration shall be done by

three arbitrators, one to be

shall be nominated by the two

governed by Arbitration &

9.15 Penalty

The delivery of project

is scheduled within 6
