Missions: All Around Us
Operation Christmas Child Angela Short is coordinating Operation Christmas Child this year through Samaritan’s Purse ministries. This ministry helps provide Christmas “shoebox” gifts to children who may rarely receive gifts for themselves, if at all, and
uses the gifts as a way to share the Gospel and build ministries in various foreign countries through the OCC outreach. There are various ways to get involved, such as making your own shoebox gift, providing shoeboxes and/or materials for the shoeboxes, and/or donating funds to help ship the shoebox gifts. We are focusing on kids socks of all sizes for the next few weeks. You can place them in the container labeled Operation Christmas Child. Thank you for all your support!
Mission Trip to Louisiana There will be a second Mission Trip to Louisiana on October 16th-21st. If you are interested in going on the trip to Louisiana, please put your name on the signup sheet on the table in the foyer. See Pastor Logan
for further details and questions.
Seedline International Mission Trip On Saturday, November 12th, we will be leaving the church at 8:00am to Seedline International in Greencastle, IN. We will spend the morning collating and binding
together Bibles to be shipped overseas to other nations. There is a 25 maximum limit for participants. We will work from 9:00am-1:00pm and stop for lunch on the way home. If you’d like to participate and serve in this ministry, there is a signup on the table in the foyer. Contact Misty Hunt for further information and questions.
