Wont you consider joining us as we seek to make an impact on the folks of Nashville in need? Our trip is planned for the week of June 16, returning on the 22nd. The cost is $425 which includes travel, housing, and food for the week (you will be responsible for a few meals while on the road). These trips are always a highlight of our year together with lots of fun, laughs, and stretching ourselves for our King! Contact Nolan for more info or to sign up. We will host the 4-day event right on the front lawn at the mobile home park from Mon- day, June 24 to Thursday June 27 from 6:00PM to 8:30 PM. (potenal weather make up day would be Friday, June 28). At Roar VBS, kids will discover that God is good even when life gets wild! Kids parcipate in memorable Bible-learning acv- ies, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, eat dinner with their crew”, experience one-of-a-kind Wild Bible Adventures, and make some adventurous safari craſts! Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sighngs. Each day con- cludes with the Safari Celebraon that gets everyone involved in living what theyve learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in daily for this special me. ANDREW PETERSON CONCERT Andrew Peterson: Resurrection Letters Tour. Plan now to attend this concert on Saturday, April 13. It will be here at First Byron. Ticket price is $10. Available on eventbrite.com. Also, we're in need of 8-12 volun-teers. Consider these areas to serve: Clean up - 4 people to help pack up after the concert. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. ~9 pm until finished. Greeters - 4-8 people to check tickets and welcome people at the main doors. 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm. Please contact Jordan Nickell at 878-9768 if interested in serving in this way.

PRIME TIMERS This week Saturday, April 6, we board a luxury motor coach at 8:00am and travel down to Shipshe-wana for dinner and to see the new musical A Simple Sanctuary. Pray for good weather and safety in travel.

SPRING CONGREGATIONAL MEETING The annual Spring Congregational Meeting to elect elders and deacons will be held on Sunday, April 28, immediately following the morning service. The nominations for the office of deacon are (4 to be elect-ed): Mike Bruxvoort, Matt De Jonge, Brett Dykema, Keith Keen, Nate Kwantes, Kyle Potgeter, Kevin Prins, Mark Vander Ploeg. The nominations for the office of elder are (5 to be elected): Jerry Berkenpas, Rusty Darter, Joel De Vries, Dave Dornbos, Ted Haan, Bruce Langerak, Doug Lutke, Jim Sterk, Sherwin Van Sledright, Scott Van Solkema. (Proxy ballots are available from the church office.) Also at this meeting, the Christian Education budget for the 2019-2020 school term will be presented.

SCHS Tuition Assistance Benefit Flower Sale: April 9 - May 24. Speyer’s Farm Market is getting ready for spring in the greenhouse and is once again generously offering a Spring Benefit Sale for the South Chris-tian High School Tuition Assistance Fund. Purchase a $25 Speyer’s Farm Market gift card and $5 will be donated to the Tuition Assistance Fund. Gift cards can be purchased starting April 9 at the SCHS office and redeemed at Speyer’s located at 6444 Eastern Avenue SE. Gift cards can be used all season.

Please note: Middle School Live will not be meeting in April. Our next meeting will be Sun-day evening, May 19.
