Historical Buenos Aires Downtown Revitalization Program 'PRAM', promoted by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, with funding from the Spanish Agency for International Technical Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain (AECI) and Fund for Encouragement Building Rehabilitation (FEREC) of Organization of the United Nations. PRAM included the creation of the Historical Protection Area Nº1 (urban planning regulations and historical heritage catalog), an Immediate Action Urban Program and restoration projects of architectural heritage catalogued and urban public space.TRANSCRIPT
