Jharkhand State Watershed Mission, a registered body under RDD has
been working since 2009 in Jharkhand. This edition of Training Calendar is for the
financial year 2016 - 2017. I wish this calendar will be used by all stakeholders at all

Watershed Mission has always tried to differentiate between “Training” and
“Capacity Building development”. Training has always been focused on providing skills
for specific problems, whereas Capacity Building development encompasses a whole
range for activities to empower individuals and Institutions.
This training Calendar could have never been possible without the
contribution of all the stakeholders at various levels.
