Kaizen and suggestion schemes introduced at all suppliers. To make sure FTR, new product development process established. To Develop Second Line at all level Quality Functions by Imparting Training on Product Quality - 1) Control Plan, QA Matrix, 4 M, 6W2H Analysis, A/B/C Type Defects, Warranty, Customer Complaint.
