Job description Job Title: Practice Manager

Accountable to: The Partners Responsible for: All members of staff Purpose of Job: To ensure the provision and development of a

high quality patient service within a safe, efficient and effective working environment. Providing significant management and leadership skills for the Practice within the priorities of the NHS Executive.

Responsibilities to include: Human Resources; Practice Organisation/Strategic Planning; Finance; Patient Services; Premises – including Health and Safety, Equipment and Purchasing; IM&T.
