• The analyst makes decisions and judgments based on facts.

• They strive for accuracy in their work and have a great need for knowing exactly how things are supposed to be done.

• Analysts tend to be very detail oriented relying on reason and logic in much of their decision-making.

and counselling. • This type group is cooperative and imaginative.• Diplomats play the role of harmonizers in their workplace

individuals.• They can have issues when there is a need to rely

exclusively on cold rationality or the need to make difficult decisions.

tireless idealists• The Mediator(INFP)-poetic, kind and altruistic people always

to inspire their listeners• The Campaigner(ENFP)-enthusiastic, creative and sociable

• Cooperative and highly practical. They embrace and creating order, security and stability wherever they go.

• These types tend to be hard working, meticulous and traditional. They excel in logistical or administrative fields, especially those that rely on clear hierarchies and rules.

• This personality type sticks to their plans and does not shy away from difficult tasks.

• They can also be very inflexible and reluctant to accept different points of view.

• The Logistician(ISTJ)-practical and fact-minded individuals, whose reliability cannot be doubted

• The Defender(ISFJ)-very dedicated and warm protectors, always ready to defend their loved ones

• The Counsel(ESFJ)- extraordinarily caring, social and popular people, always eager to help

Explorers• Explorers are the most spontaneous of all and they also share

the ability to connect with their surroundings in a way that is beyond reach of other personality types.

• Tend to be utilitarian and practical, shining in situations that require quick reaction and the ability to think on your feet.

• Masters of tools and techniques, using them in many different ways – ranging from mastering physical tools to convincing other people (manipulation?).

• They are irreplaceable in crises, crafts and sales.• Their traits can also push them towards undertaking risky
