Our project involves…

…the old Marine Hospital and its surrounding area.

We would like to restore the “Ex Osp”, to revaluate the building but also to recover the beach.

We thought that it could be a good idea to turn the

building into a Cultural Center serviceable forthe city of Cagliari, for its province and…FOR US!!

In this cultural centre,that we call “Ex Osp”, we would like to organize some activities on the different floors :

Basement Floor :• Storage Rooms• Swimming Pool • Sailing and Surfing school• Aquarium

First Floor•Educational Activities: Theater, Music, Painting and Photography

Second Floor• Library• Offices• Multimedial Exposition Area

(Exhibitions, Cinema, Meetings)

…and moreover, our proposal includes:

• the construction of new “Baretti”: inviting, entertaining areas,to spend our summer days full of fun in our beautiful beach;…

…the creation of green shady spots, by replanting palm trees, pines and all the saltiness resistant marine vegetation;…

…the setting of cycle paths and pedestrian alleys in order to avoid air and noise pollution.

This is our ideal project… now we hope that the local authorities will accept our proposals!
