Not really a lack of appetite, but rather deliberately trying to suppress. 10. Bulimia Bulimia nervosa = appetite as an ox by nervous causes Binge eating 12. Dont compare yourself with others, nobody is perfect. Vomiting is really bad for your body: you can suffer from potassium deficiency and that may cause cardiac dysrhythmia. Be a good example: stop saying youre not happy with your body, start enjoying life and just eat healthy. Focus on what you like. Ignore the media. Dinner with the entire family is good for the childrens health. Dont forget the negative consequences of an eating disorder. Your body needs fat in order to survive.
