• After login, you will be directed to your Dashboard

• Use the Navigation Bar on the left side of the screen. Click on Apply for Forgiveness Here to see your application options: Paycheck Protection Program Forgiveness

• Click Create a New Application for the Forgiveness option to begin your application for loan forgiveness

• Next, you should see Your Business (or businesses) listed used to secure the Paycheck Protection Loan

• Click Apply With This Business to begin the loan forgiveness application

• If any information is incorrect on the screen, click the Edit button in the right hand corner of that section. It will navigate you to that page to update that information. Once updated, Click the Next button on that page which will return you to the “Review and Submit” page. The only section that can not be edited is the Business information, if this is incorrect please contact your Renasant Banker.

• Once all information has been confirmed click Submit Application. Note: This will lock the record and you will no longer be able to edit the provided information. The provided information will populate the application to be reviewed by Renasant Bank.

• On the Dashboard page, click on the arrow for upload documents. The number next to the arrow shows how many documents remain to upload. Note If you have multiple businesses this is the number for all businesses.

• This will show you all the available document placeholders for each business in which you can upload documents. If you are submitting documents for multiple businesses please note the business name located beneath the placeholder title. From here you can drag and drop files or click the browse button to use the folder explorer to upload documents. Not all placeholders will be required.

• If you have multiple documents of the same type (ex: May Utility bill, June Utility bill) it is recommended that you combine them into a single document. Adobe, for example, allows you to select multiple files and combine them into a single pdf. This is important because you can only upload one document to each placeholder.

• Once you have located the appropriate file or combined the required file(s) you can drag and drop files or click the browse button to use the folder explorer to upload documents. Not all placeholders will be required.

• Once a file has been uploaded it will appear with a check box next to the name and the drag and drop icon will be updated with a replace icon which can be used if the wrong file was selected.

• Note: If the customer uses the box below to upload documents it will appear in the customer’s file staging area. We do recommend using the combined file method mentioned on the previous slide instead of this, as the loan officer will then have to move the file to the correct placeholder for the correct business.

• If the Additional Documents box is needed, use a descriptive file name to include:• Business Name• Document Description• Support reason for the document
