On Monday 24th of March, in the Kirkintilloch Baptist Church (address below), your PPF is hosting a Health services information day. We have invited representatives from a range of your local health services, to update East Dunbartonshire residents on service improvements & changes. This is your opportunity to hear, at first hand, from those who provide you and your family with primary health care.
Please come along to hear about changes and improvements from a range of services available in East Dunbartonshire.
Working with patients to improve services and “The Patient Experience” is at the forefront of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s (NHSGGC) priorities. One of the best ways to do this is to capture comments from those who receive health care services or cares for someone who receives a service; e.g. patients, relatives and volunteers. NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHSGGC) has launched an online Patient Feedback system to enhance present methods of receiving patients views.
PLEASE VISIT: www.nhsggc.org.uk/patientfeedback
Your comments will be fed directly to frontline service providers to highlight where NHS GGC can improve services and where services have worked really well and
could be replicated.
The PPF Has A Virtual Resource Library Available To All: We have information on:
