One of largest mobile machines on the market
The plant can accept an all-in feed up to 320mm from a primary crusher to produce up to
950 tph (1047 US tph) of aggregate or mineral. Utilising the second generation improved
Terex® Automax cone crusher technology, operators benefit from hydraulic overload
protection, hydraulic crusher setting adjustment, excellent product shape and a high
reduction ratio.
Further customer benefits include a highly efficient crusher direct drive system, large feed
hopper complete with metal detector and contaminated material purge facility.

– (11-17 G/hr.) Up to 10 tonnes tons of crushed product per litre of fuel consumed (45

Crusher control is fully integrated into the plant PLC control system.
Ability to run crusher at optimised power & pressure settings.

Enabling crusher-setting changes to be made easily and simply on the fly and also allows the user to calibrate and monitor manganese wear:
• Full PLC control system• 320 x 240 pixel backlit screen• Complete pictorial user controls• Multi-function backlit menu buttons• High definition screen• Full system diagnostics
• A navigation wheel is fitted onto the control system to operate all of the plant functions including:
• Engine speed• Feeder (start/stop/speed)• Product conveyor (start/stop)• Cone (start/stop)• Metal purge sequence• Crusher control• Plant diagnostics

• Hydraulic water pump –to provide high pressure water supply to the spray bars
• Radio remote control - complete with integrated tracking functions and plant stop
button. Remote can also be used to:
– Start/stop feeder
– Start metal purge sequence
• Crusher camera -provides a remote view from above the cone so that the operator
can see if the cone is choke fed without having to climb up onto the feed conveyor
catwalk
