    POPULATION AND CLIMATE The population of Greece is 10.964.020 The capital of Greece is Athens.

    The climate in Greece is predominantlyMediterranean.However, due to the country's unique geography, Greecehas many local variations of climate.

    To the west the climate is generally wetter and has some

    maritime features.To the east it is generally drier and windier in summer. Thehighest peak is Mount Olympus at 9,570 feet (2,916.9 m)tall.

    two temples dedicatedto Apollo and Athena.

    It was built in 1840 as aPacace for the king and

    We havent got tourists because our beach is

    not clean. The sea is polluted because thefactories pollute it.

    There are some shops, such as a supermarket,cafes and shops with many things.

    Vathi has four big schools.
