1. At least 10% of sites should be less than 1ha2. Maximise brownfield - all told 10 HLS. If approved
this site will prejudice brownfield sites3. NPPF requires sufficient supply and mix of sites
approving this one will reduce diversity 4. Development should contribute to wider social and
economic objectives bringing this greenfield site forward will prejudice that to detriment of brownfield sites
• Will prejudice healthcare improvements at health centre, chicken factory, Paddock House
5. Provision of Ah and sheltered on a broader range of sites makes delivery more likely
6. NPPF objectives should be delivered through Plan-Led system
7. Applicant has not engaged with community8. Unnecessary development in the SLA
