Pet remained open through September 25, 2015 and will hold a

retirement/moving sale.

7/21/2015 Merrick Pet Care, Inc. Nestlé Purina PetCare Company Pet Food

Nestlé Purina PetCare Company signed an agreement to acquire Merrick Pet

Care, Inc. from a group of equity partners on July 21, 2015. Post closing,

Merrick will continue to operate as an independent business, with no planned

changes to its management or operations.

7/16/2015 JT Pharmacy, Inc.Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

(NasdaqCM:IMMY)Veterinary Drugs

Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. entered into a stock purchase agreement to

acquire JT Pharmacy, Inc. from Jonathan Nguyen and Julie Trinh for $0.36

million on July 10, 2015. Under the terms of the agreement, Imprimis will pay

$0.36 million and a further amount in cash equal to the value of the verified

inventory in an amount not to exceed $0.06 million.
