INTRODUCTION

We are recruitment consultants providing services since 1996 to different sectors like Automobile, Export, FMCG, Electronics, KPO, Pharmaceuticals etc.

We are comprehensive in our approach to searching and qualifying and rigorous in our screening, testing and interviewing processes. Our candidates are prepared on several levels before we send them to you for interviews.

PROCESS• CANDIDATE SELECTION Prior to receiving a client’s staffing order we are working to build and refine our elite pool of talent. They

are ready and waiting for employment opportunity to arise.

• PRE SCREENING OF CANDIDATES After selecting the best of local, regional and national candidates and augmenting our national resume

network, our recruitment specialists begin primary screening via phone and run preliminary background checks.

• INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES The list of prospective candidates is narrowed down and face-to-face interviews are scheduled with

OASIS representatives to determine whether or not the selected candidates are the right fit for our clients. Candidates are rated; based on interview presentation, work history, experience, communication skills, appearance and portfolio, when applicable.

• FINALIZING BACKGROUND CHECKS The list is further narrowed and a more thorough, confidential

background check is run on each of the selected candidates to represent. Our second phase of selection process begins when we receive the go-ahead signal from you.

• ANALYZING NEEDS We look well beyond the job description and take into consideration

culture, personalities, work environment, expectations and other intangibles that may affect the match.

• RESEARCHING AND SELECTING CANDIDATES After a search of our talent pool a review of individual profiles, resumes,

skill sets, special talents, test results and other personal requirements, we develop the initial refined list of potential candidates.

• PRESENTING CANDIDATES After a commitment of interest from the selected talent, they are presented to the client for interviews at

the convenience of their (client’s) schedule. • PRE AND POST INTERVIEW We make arrangements with both the candidate and the client for the initial interview to ensure that the

time for all involved is productive. We brief the client and the candidates to evaluate compatibility and continuing interest.

• FINALIZING THE CANDIDATE When the chemistry between the client and the candidate is right and the candidate commits, we help in

negotiating (if needed by client) to finalize the process. • FOLLOW-UP Once the assignment has started on a temporary position, we follow up regularly to ensure that the client

and candidate are satisfied. In addition, several times throughout the first 90 days of employment we strongly encourage and elicit responses from both the candidate and the client concerning their evolving work relationship.
