dental clinic (Onsite Health)– Mobile clinic was booked 1.5 days/week– New clinic start at 3 days/week– At 12 months projected at 5 days/week– Self Contained– Onsite Health - provide dental chairs and equipment

– No cost to SPE

• Screen Gems for storage• Production Relocation Services as an office

– Onsite Health will reimburse SPE for:• TI needed to prepare their space for the clinic• Cost to relocated Relo Services to a new location

• Best option was to build an office inside Plant 3, where they currently store furniture.

• Also, if space is available, purchase shipping container for additional production furniture storage near basketball court

– Screen Gems storage can be moved by mid-January.
