Scholarships and Student Funding Services
Based at Old College and comprise of two teams. The first:
The Scholarships and Financial Support team can help you with any of the following areas:
• Financial Support through the Discretionary Fund for UK students and the Hardship Fund for EU and international students
• Loans – The University participates in the William D Ford Direct Loan Program for US students and we can also certify Canadian student loan applications
• Scholarships – while scholarships will all have been awarded for this current session, if you are thinking of staying on at the University next year for further study, we can provide details of internal and external sources of funding
• Trusts and charities – we have a useful link from the Scholarships Office homepage to a searchable database on charity and trust funding

The Fees and Student Support Team can help you with any of the following areas:
• Graduate and Alumni Discount on tuition fees – we administer the discount for students who studied with us previously
• We confirm attendance to SAAS and SLC for those in receipt of a Postgraduate Loan
• Sponsors – we record if you have a sponsor who is responsible for paying your tuition fees to ensure that your fee invoice goes to your sponsor for payment and not to you
• Tuition fees – we determine how much your tuition fee level is and make any adjustments if you should interrupt or withdraw
