An assignment should not be in the form of a test paper consisting of a set of restricted-response questions.

Marking Scheme & Scoring Method
• All examination and assignment questions must be accompanied by appropriate marking schemes.
• Each marking scheme should indicate clearly how marks will be allocated.
• Wherever necessary, suggested answers should also be provided. • The scoring method can either be the analytic method using the point system, the holistic method using a rubric or a combination of both. Under the holistic method, the rubric can either be analytic or holistic.
