POST-SHOW REPORT

IntroductIonFollowing the success of the first edition held in September 2014 the second edition of EduTraC Oman was held from 12-14 October 2015 at Oman International Exhibition Centre. The three-day event took place under the patronage of Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Education – National Career Guidance Center, Ministry of Civil Services and Ministry of Manpower.

dedIcated HIgHer educatIon PavIlIonAs Oman’s investments on higher education and training continue to grow, EduTraC Oman provided a direct gateway and an ideal platform for leading local and foreign universities and training institutions to network with students, parents and working executives interested in education & training at all levels. The expo offered a strategic awareness opportunity to higher education and training providers to strengthen their presence in Oman’s vibrant education market.

EduTraC Oman - a much anticipated education exhibition gathered professionals from the global education domain and representatives from reputed universities under one roof opening doors of opportunity for students wanting to study in Omani and international universities.

dedIcated traInIng & Job PavIlIonThe expo also featured a pavilion for job seekers to meet HR personnel from different industry sectors, associations, government organizations and private sector companies who promoted the available On-the-Job Training & job vacancies for prospective candidates. A dedicated pavilion for Banking and Finance institutions provided an excellent opportunity to job seekers interested in hunting job opportunities in banking & Finance sector and young entrepreneurs in obtaining financing information to start their new business as well as for the needs of their existing business.
