Post Graduate Program in Housing Finance (PGPHF)

Program Description

This is an Initiative of Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. (AHFL) in partnership with ITM Edutech Training Private Limited. The Training program aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in housing finance. It is one year training program designed to develop a pool of managers with housing finance knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day-to-day activities. The program will impart knowledge and allow talented students to develop industry-relevant skill sets across various functions such as business development, credit, operations, collections and general management.

Program Features¦ 1 year program (6 months classroom training + 6 months Internship)¦ Monthly Stipend of Rs.5000/- during residential training¦ Monthly Stipend of Rs.15000/- during Internship¦ After successful completion of the Program, candidates will

be absorbed by AHFL as Branch Credit Manager with a fixed annual CTC of ` 3,50,000/-

¦ Job Location: PAN India¦ Training Location: Mumbai, Vadodara, Bangalore & Noida

Eligibility:• Indian Nationals.• Age: 20 to 27 years• Graduation with 50% aggregate in any discipline• Experience – 0- 2 years.

Duration: 1 year (6 month classroom training + 6 month internship with AHFL)

Investment¦ ` 2,90,000/- (all Inclusive) (Rupees Two Lac Ninety Thousand)

Roles and Responsibilities:Business Developmentl MT will be responsible for meeting the sales targets

of the branch through effective planning and productivitymanagement of the team.

l MT will be responsible for the identification, marketing, promotional activities, business channel development in existing and new territory/market, regular engagement with developers (APS) & channel partners for the lead generation.

l Responsible for adherence to, all internal/external guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Team Development & Managementl Recruitment of highly motivated sales executives

(DST’s), ensure that all subordinates are adequately trained on the Products, Processes and Sales Process.

l Ensure and monitor that Sales Executives have adequate sales pipeline to generate targeted business

l Establish and monitor sales performancel Help team to resolve queries from other departments

and to get approvals.l Ensure that all team follow the processes and all are

compliant as per rules and regulation.

Customerl Ensuring high levels of engagement for effective pre/

post customer service.l Ensure existing customers pay EMI on time.l Resolving customer complaints & following up with

respective department for resolution of customer complaint cases.

l Providing excellent support to the customers by resolving queries within TAT.

l Maintenance of strong relationship and achievement of customer satisfaction

Other Skillsl MT should have good communication and negotiation

skills, should possess analytical & decision making ability.

l MT should be able to work in collaborative & challenging environment

Roles and Responsibilities:l Responsible for processing of housing loan

application as per the policy and procedures. Underwrite & facilitate proposals tilldisbursement.

l Ensuring that all the files are completed as per the documentation checklist. Ensuring that all the regulatory policies andprocedures are met and adhered to. Residence and property visit to be done at all the micro branches by the credit officer.

l To check the authentication of income proof submitted by the customer and verification through internal and external sources.

l Conduct PD (Personal Discussion) with customer to establish credit worthiness.

l Ensure cross-function coordination and execution of given responsibilities with the Sales, Technical, Operation, Account andother functions.

l Train, assist, encourage and coordinate with business for sourcing quality files which increases efficiency and jointly meetbusiness targets.

l Communication with external vendors like verification agency, valuation agency, personal decision agency, across assignedlocation and cross verification of the reports to be done.

l Post disbursal documents (PDD) to be maintained and NIL PDD beyond 60 days of disbursement.

l Ensuring decision of cases within the defined TAT and maintain a healthy login to sanction ratio.

l Protect organization from fraudulent practices & potential frauds.

l Cross sell of insurance product, to protect portfolio from loss.

l Cross branch audit and reporting, Responsible for delivering superior customer service.

l Calling on QMC (Quick Mortality Cases).l Review on periodical basis with respect to

performance/delinquency/losses/fraud of the portfolio by monitoring.
