affect your life.

Doesn't set goals Has self esteem issues Attracts negative people Suffers poor health Suffers from higher rates of depression Suffers from stress more easily Has poor quality friendships
Lacks goal setting
A person with a negative mindset often has thoughts like:
What's the point?
I won't reach my goals
I have no desire to set goals
What you can do to overcome this?
Set one small goal at time
Work on it daily
Be persistent
Once you reach that goal, set another that's a little bigger
Tip! Keep setting small, manageable goals
Poor physical health
Doesn't care about physical health
Often has a job but comes home to flop
Snacks on junk food in front of TV
Rarely has hobbies other than TV or video games
Poor overall health
A negative mindset leads to more stress
Science is proving the mind/body connection
A negative mindset has a negative impact on the body
Stress is hard on the body
What you can do to overcome this?
Care more about your health
Take small steps to get in better shape
Read instead of watching TV
Get outside more
Take a walk
Put your health first!
Suffers more depression and stress
It's a vicious cycle…
Negative thinking leads to depression leads to more negative thinking
Mild depression is often brought on by negative thoughts
Positive thinkers are generally too busy to be depressed
What can you do to overcome this?
Seek help if it’s serious or more than you can handle on your own
Read self help books
Get a fun hobby
Get out more
Attracts other negative thinkers
You know the old sayings…
Birds of a feather flock together
Like attracts like
Misery loves company
These sayings exist because they’re true!
Poor quality friendships
Can't easily make friends
Makes friends with the wrong people
Most often have pity parties together
Negative people keep each other down
Tip! This is why drug users hang together!
Conclusion
As you can see, having a negative mindset does not lead to a desirable life nor a desirable lifestyle.
