Main Objectives:

to design a informative system where the data base and the visualisation system were:

a) able to integrate all the data collected during monitoring surveys on Posidonia oceanica

b) to give the possibility to have one easy access to a data bank comprehensive both of oceanographic and biologic data for scientific and coastal managers

c) to create a WEB tool that could attract and sensitize a larger part of the public to the problems of Posidonia oceanica

d) to promote the monitoring of the seagrass Posidonia oceanica.
